EU Markenstreit bezüglich "Fusion" ist zwischen AMD und Boost Up / ARCTIC beigelegt

Schweiz, 23.01.2013, ARCTIC teilt heute mit, dass die Vertreter der Firmen AMD, Boost Up und ARCTIC eine gemeinsame Lösung des Markenstreits in der Europäischen Union wegen der Marke "Fusion" gefunden haben. Die Vereinbarung und die einzelnen Bedingungen sind vertraulich.

Im Jahr 2010 besuchte ARCTIC zum ersten Mal die Gamescom in Köln. Der Hersteller blickt hochzufrieden auf eine sehr erfolgreiche Messe in Köln zurück. Das Konzept der Messe ging nach Ansicht der Schweizer voll auf. Es fanden zahlreiche Begegnungen mit Presse und Endverbrauchern statt, die oftmals mit interessanten Gesprächen verbunden waren.
