Accelero Hybrid

My experiences with the ARCTIC Accelero Hybrid have revealed a product that's not unlike a powerful weapon. The end result of having the Hybrid installed on a GeForce GTX 680 is almost something that must be seen to be believed. As I've been writing this review, I've actually been steadily testing overclocking on the GTX 680 plus Hybrid by incrementing the GPU Offset +10MHz, running it through OC Scanner X for fifteen minutes (and accepting no artifacts), then benchmarking it in 3DMark 11's Extreme test. This is by no means a thorough stability test, but it's a decent way to poke around the edges of the card's tolerances. I can't imagine how much hotter and louder it would be running with the reference cooler, but with the Hybrid at 85% it's peaking at 63C. That's at 1.3GHz, sustained load.

The ARCTIC Accelero Hybrid has proven itself as an excellent cooling system, which is capable of lowering the GTX680's temperatures significantly during load. The noise of the entire system was also reduced significantly at the same time.

PWM-controlled fan method, with the minimum speed was completely silent, and rotating at maximum rate (1350 RPM) spread slightly audible air flow flap. Accelero Hybrid once again attracted the most effective when the cool air from the environment.

Accelero Hybrid delivers! 30 degrees lower temperature on the graphics processor is a huge difference.

The temperature record with the Accelero Hybrid is excellent! The maximum temperature is only 46 C at load, whereas the temperature exceeds 80 C with the stock cooler.

The Hybrid's cooling was excellent and its GPU delta T of 26 C was a massive 24 C cooler than our GTX 680's reference cooler.

Arctic Cooler Accelero Hybrid is the most powerful universal cooler graphics cards on the market.

The stock coolers have no way to compete with the Accelero Hybrid(30c difference from stock cooler).

Both coolers (Accelero Xtreme III and Accelero Hybrid) are very quiet, in this aspect they are the best on the market.

When compared directly against the reference cooler, the Accelero Hybrid drops load temperatures by a whopping 30c-33c. In real world terms, the Accelero Hybrid gaming load temperature is close to the idle temperature of the reference cooler. This is about as good as you could expect from any 'all in one' cooling solution.
