The fan and fan case are made of transparent plastic which are illuminated from inside in blue.
3 Selectable Rotation Speeds
In order to reach the exact cooling that your CPU needs, 3 speeds can be selected via a switch. This switch has been attached to a metal bracket and can be installed in any PCI slot. Further an additional control can still be installed. In this case the three fan speed selections mark only the maximum rotation speed.
Extremely Quiet
The further development of the Copper Silent 2 80mm fan means even lower noise levels.
This is due to the fan positioning on 4 rubber feet which forbids any possible noise vibrations and the optimized for aerodynamics fan blades.
The large 80mm fan allows, (compared to smaller fans) for better cooling performance at lower rotation speed. The result is less noise and at the same time longer life.
Powerful Cooling
The 10mm thick aluminum bottom allows for optimal heat transmission, compared to the Super Silent 4 greater surface area and thus better heat transmission to air.
This allows for the cooling of even Intel 3 Ghz. hyper threading Pentium 4 CPU's.
Simple Installation
The attachment mechanism is based on the Intel retention module. Four independent spring hooks can be easily and quickly attached to the Retention Module without any additional tools.
