ARCTIC and Boost Up Announce Negotiated Solution with AMD Regarding "FUSION" Trademark in European Union

ARCTIC announced today that the representatives of the companies AMD, Boost Up and ARCTIC have found a mutual solution to the trademark dispute regarding the mark "FUSION" in the European Union. The settlement agreement and its terms are confidential.
