Shipping cost is calculated based on:
• Product you choose
• Total weight of the order
• Delivery address
According to the services from Hong Kong Post, shipment can be delivered to most countries and addresses around the world. To estimate the shipping cost, you can place an item in your cart then checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address during checkout process. The shipping option with cost will be shown according to the shipping address entered.
Once the order is confirmed, it requires 1 to 2 business days processing time before shipping. Order status and information is shown in Order Status under My Account after login to the Webshop. An email notification will be sent to your email account once your order has been mailed out.
All shipments are handled by ARCTIC COOLING Hong Kong and shipped out by Hong Kong Post. A tracking number is available for each package. It normally takes 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on your shipping address.
Package delivrey status can be traced on Hong Kong Post website by the tracking number provided.

We could ship to most addresses inside United States and Canada. To estimate the shipping cost, you could place an item in your cart and proceed checkout. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address during checkout process. The shipping option with cost will be shown according to the shipping address entered.
After you’ve placed the order, it requires 2 to 3 business days processing time before shipping. Order status and information can be checked in Order Status under My Account after login to the Webshop. For any status update, an email notification will be sent to your email account.
All shipments are delivered from ARCTIC, Inc. located at City of Industry, CA 91745, United States. We will use the reliable courier services offered by United Parcel Service (UPS) for delivery. Each package will have tracking number available. It normally takes up to 5 days for delivery depending on your shipping address.
The package can be tracked on UPS website with the tracking number.
