For those purchased through our dealer or local retails, a warranty grants to an ARCTIC-branded product is not depending on ARCTIC. Please consult your dealer or local retails for their rreturn and refund policy.
ARCTIC committed to sell high-quality products and I hope our customers are enjoying using them. However, we understand that for one reason or another, there might be a time you change your mind and would like to cancel or return something you’ve brought. For that, we are happy to cancel your order or refund your product as long as a dated original purchased receipt is present with the product is unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition. See the following for ways to do this.
What if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund?
If you change your mind, you can notify ARCTIC to cancel your order by email customer services.
- If your order has not been sent out, we can cancel and refund your money minus a handle fee. The cost of handling fee depending on the total payment of your order, please contact our customer service for more information.
- If your order has been sent out, you will need to wait for your order to arrive and upon received, return the order within 7 working days after the delivery. Customer will be responsible for the freight charges of sending these items to ARCTIC with the correct address. Once these items reached ARCTIC, we will examine the condition of these items and notify customers if these are acceptable for a refund in all cases we will deduct a 15% restocking fee.
What if there’s a fault with the product and wanted to return or refund?
- If the product is defective, please contact ARCTIC’s customer services within the warranty period. ARCTIC´s Warranty policy and procedure applies.
- If the product is defective and you have decided to get refund rather than a replacement, please contact ARCTIC’s customer services within 7 days upon received the order. Customer will be responsible for the freight charges of sending these items to ARCTIC with the correct address, plus a handle fee. The cost of handling fee depending on the total payment of your order, please contact our customer service for more information.
If your product is defective after using it for a period of time but still under our warranty period, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, we will give you a new replacement product. For more information, please read ARCTIC Warranty Policies and Procedure
