ARCTIC is international, just like our customers. Our four locations on three continents work closely together, guaranteeing the high quality of our products and tending to our global markets with care. Since its founding, ARCTIC has continually evolved, and this growth is reflected in its locations. Today, more than 60 employees are part of ARCTIC and contribute to the overall success with a lot of commitment, knowledge and bundled competence. 

At our Brunswick location, founded in 2013, we operate a large warehouse to supply customers in Europe and beyond. Other teams based in Brunswick are customer service, accounting, and analytics as well as administration, sales, graphics and marketing.  
Our Hong Kong office houses ARCTIC‘s engineering team, which develops new products, tests their quality, and researches innovations and technical improvements. In addition, there are administration, logistics and graphics staff who ensure the smooth handling of production and delivery to both our Asian customers and the ARCTIC warehouses in Germany and the USA. 
The Florence, South Carolina office serves the North American market and employs its own administration and sales team along with marketing and warehouse staff.
ARCTIC‘s quality control office in Shenzhen (China) oversees our production processes. Our quality inspectors, along with a production development engineer and a buyer, are responsible for product line planning, the planning and manufacturing of tools, and the control of our production facilities.
