The Alpine M1 Passive is the first official alternative for passive fans. And it is also doing quite well, the values are always within an acceptable range. A few ventilation slots in the upper part and a right mounting direction of the fins avoid heat accumulation. If the case has a ventilation, the passive cooler naturally benefits as well.
