We used each fan with the Cooltek U2 three-speed fan controller and regarding the promise of silence, we have it! The ARCTIC F Silent fans work perfectly at 60 %, 80 % and 100 % of its speed, without making a bit of noise. The "PROS" of these fans, besides that 'nordic' look with black and white theme colors is their overall performance, the low-to-none noise and also their price.
Great airflow as well as silence!
